Manage automation
View organization-wide pipelines, scheduled jobs, and execution history.

View organization pipelines
On the Automation page, view all pipelines with creator and last run date.
Pipeline editing and deletion are not yet functional in the current prototype. To modify a pipeline's trigger, steps, or conditions, update the pipeline's YAML configuration directly. See Automate tasks in the User guide for YAML structure reference.
Review scheduled jobs
On the Automation page, select the Scheduled Jobs tab.
View all jobs with owner, schedule, target, and outcome. Toggle to disable or enable without deleting.
Review the automation audit trail
To review automation history, select Audit Logs > filter by Action > Automation.
NimbusWiz records all automation activity in Audit Logs automatically. Logs include: pipeline creation/edits/deletion, scheduled job creation/deletion, event hook creation/deletion, and all execution history (start, success, failure).
