Maintain your fleet

Monitor fleet health, maintain systems, and manage Demo Mode.

Watch fleet health​

Check these two Dashboard widgets regularly:

Systems at Risk displays systems with Stability Index below 50 or active Critical or Warning alerts. Check daily.

Recommended Actions shows organization-level recommendations, like "3 systems eligible for Performance Upgrade." Select any system name to view its details.

Maintenance schedule​

Follow this schedule to keep the platform stable and secure:

Weekly:

  • Review the Systems at Risk widget on the Dashboard.
  • Check Predictive Maintenance Insights in Monitoring for systems with declining trends.
  • Verify that all Scheduled Jobs completed successfully.

Monthly:

  • Run scans on every system that hasn't been scanned in the past 30 days. Automate this with a scheduled job.
  • Review API key expiry dates in Developer Hub > API Keys. Rotate any keys approaching their expiration date.
  • Export and review the Audit Logs for the month. Look for unexpected role changes, failed deployments, and unusual API activity.

Quarterly:

  • Run a full access review using Audit Logs. See Review audit logs.
  • Check integration sync status in Developer Hub > Integrations. Reconnect any integrations showing stale sync timestamps.

Manage Demo Mode​

Demo Mode preloads your platform with demo data, so users can explore NimbusWiz without affecting real systems.

To restrict Demo Mode access to Admins only, go to Settings > General, toggle Demo Mode access to Admin only, and save. When restricted, the Demo Mode button is hidden for Operator and Viewer accounts. Real system data is always isolated from demo data regardless of this setting.
